To qualify, investors must invest at least $800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) project or $1,050,000 in a standard project. The investment must lead to the creation of at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs for qualifying workers. Applicants must also prove lawful fund sources and maintain investment during the conditional residency period.
Investors may choose between Regional Center Projects or Direct Investments. Regional Centers manage projects that pool investor funds, offering a hands-off approach and job creation flexibility. Direct investments provide more control and higher returns but require active management and direct job creation. Our advisors help match you with the most suitable structure.
The EB-5 process begins with due diligence and project selection, followed by filing Form I-526E. Once approved, investors receive conditional Green Cards for two years. After demonstrating job creation and maintaining investment, Form I-829 is filed to remove conditions and secure permanent residency.
